On arrival, we were upgraded to a junior suite with stunning views of the bustling piazza below. The hotel's location was ideal, just a short stroll away from all of Florence's main attractions. The service was excellent, with a helpful information pack provided at check-in. The breakfast room had lovely views, making it a great start to the day. The hotel had a luxurious feel and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. They assisted us in finding a replacement tour that was cancelled last minute, and even upgraded our room. the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, including eggs, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, and pastries. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Plus, the view from our room was stunning, overlooking a beautiful square.

Some of the evening staff members were rude and unhelpful, which was disappointing. the shower in our room had a curtain that would cling to the body due to its lightness, making it quite annoying.

Couldn't stay longer

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The comfort of the room, the beautiful decor, and the delicious breakfast were all top-notch. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the major sights and galleries. Plus, having valet parking made it so convenient for us with a car. this was the best city hotel we have stayed at so far!
